The scenery is stunning in Rome as it has such a rich history. While Paris is nice with the Eiffel tower and the palace it can't compete with Romes plazas, fountains and Colloseum. Both are nice places but for me as a fan of history Rome wins hands down. But you must visit both and make your own opinion!
