Recommendations before visiting:
Tickets for access to The Top at Burj Khalifa are non-refundable after purchase. Visitors are prohibited from bringing food, drinks, glassware and alcohol into the building. Valid photo ID is required. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
Clothes: Casual attire is recommended; appropriate dress is required during the tour. Beachwear is not allowed.
Age and health restrictions: Visiting At The Top, Burj Khalifa is open to visitors of all ages, including expectant mothers.
Accessibility: The entire At the Top area is wheelchair accessible. Service animals accompanying people with disabilities are not allowed on the tour.
How to get to Burj Khalifa?
By car: Burj Khalifa is located in Dubai Mall, which is easily accessible by car. Free parking for visitors is available at the Fashion Avenue in Dubai Mall. The entrance to At The Top is located on the lower ground floor of Dubai Mall, opposite the food court.
Public transport: Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa metro station provides easy access via public transport. After arriving at the station, you can walk to the mall via the air-conditioned walkway. Walk through Dubai Mall to the lower ground floor (also known as LG).
Taxi: It’s easy to reach the mall by taxi from anywhere in Dubai. This is a popular destination, so most taxi drivers are familiar with it.
