When will I get the Santander railcard? You'll get a code into your online baking within 5 working days of opening the account. If you choose a digital railcard, you can use it right away. If you choose a physical card, it'll take around 5 days to arrive.

What happens if I haven’t got my Railcard?
If you are travelling by train on a ticket with a Railcard discount, you must travel with your valid Railcard. If you forget your Railcard you will either be required to buy a new ticket or you may on certain services be liable for a Penalty Fare.

Can I get an online copy of my Railcard?
