Do dogs get fed in cargo?

Declared animals do not go in unpressurised or unheated “cargo” space. Rather they are carried in an area of the aircraft to which the crew have access but passengers don't. For long haul flights, the cabin crew will visit them and give them water (but not food). No, you cannot visit them yourself.
