Call Uber support and provide the time and fare amount. They will be able to refund you if you are able to prove the discrepancy.
Can you pay by cash Uber?
Yes, you can pay with cash. Before requesting a trip, go to the Payment section in the app and select Cash. At the end of your trip, pay cash directly to your driver.
