Don't worry. One low rating won't have a significant impact on your overall average. If you're consistently rated poorly, check out Uber resources, including tips from other delivery people. If your rating doesn't improve, you may lose access to the app (see Uber's Community Guidelines for more information).
Do Uber drivers see your star rating?
After each trip, riders and drivers have the opportunity to rate each other from 1 to 5 stars, based on their trip experience. Ratings are anonymous. You won't see individual ratings tied to a particular trip or person.
What causes low Uber rating?
Be There or Be Square. Or, more accurately, be round – as in the 0 stars you'll score on the Uber rating scale for not turning up to catch your ride, or for being in the wrong place when your driver arrives. Be sure to double check your pickup location before you request, particularly if you're relying on GPS.
