You may bring your camera with you to Pearl Harbor. The only place where photography is limited is while traveling on the Admiral Clarey Bridge to Ford Island. In addition to taking photos, you may also use a video camera to capture videos.

Any permit issued will be for filming and photography, alone: no on screen dialogue is allowed through this permit on the USS Arizona, USS Utah, and USS Oklahoma Memorials, on the floating dock near the USS Arizona Memorial or on the mooring quays along Battleship Row.

We have a no bag policy. Bags that offer concealment, such as purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage, etc. that exceed the measurements of 1.5" X 2.25" X 5.5," are not allowed at the monument.

Entrance to the visitor center and tickets for the USS Arizona Memorial program are already free, so there is no need for an ID or National Park Service pass at Pearl Harbor National Memorial.
What are you allowed to take into Pearl Harbor?
Because Pearl Harbor National Memorial has a no bag policy, it is recommended that you bring snacks and water bottles that you can carry. There is a small snack shop on site that carries various sundry snacks and cold beverages. There are water fountains located throughout the park to use or refill water bottles with.
