Is it illegal to smoke in Morocco?
In July 2008, the Moroccan par- liament unanimously approved a new law which modified and reinforced the previous law. It prohibits smoking in certain enclosed public places, such as coffee shops and restaurants, and bans advertising or publicity for tobacco in specified places.
