How do I manage my family Railcard?
Simply click 'Manage my Railcard' on the website homepage to log in to your account. Once logged in, click on 'Details' under your active digital Family & Friends Railcard, then click on 'Manage Digital Devices' and select the device you want to remove.
Can two adults travel on a family Railcard?
Two adults can be named as cardholders on your Family & Friends Railcard. The two adults don't need to travel together but you do need to be travelling with at least one child between the ages of 5 and 15 to be eligible for the discount.
