Unfortunately you can only have one version of your Railcard – either plastic or digital. Once you have purchased your Railcard you cannot change the type of Railcard you have.
Can you have 2 railcards?
Yes, you can use up to three different Railcards in the same booking, as long as there are enough passengers in the group. We'll do all the hard work for you to find the best discount available. Railsmartr will automatically use the Railcards offering the best discount, if you have provided more than one Railcard.
Can you buy a Railcard when you already have one?
Yes, if you hold any other Railcard (including another Two Together Railcard) you can still buy a Two Together Railcard.
How do I add a digital Railcard?
If you have already bought a digital Railcard, you should have received a 'digital Railcard Download code' on both the purchase confirmation page and by email. Once you've got this code, go to the Railcard app, tap on the '+' button in the top left of the screen and enter your code.
How many railcards can I have?
A: There is no limit on the number of Two Together Railcards you can hold. Can one of the cardholders be a child? A: No. The Two Together Railcard is for two adults (people aged 16 or over) travelling together.

You can purchase tickets for yourself and up to three adults travelling with you and they will also get up to 1/3 off their rail fare. Plus, you can take up to four children (aged 5 to 15 years) with you and save 60% on each child fare.
Is it better to have a plastic or digital Railcard?
Digital Railcards are stored within the Railcard app on your smart phone or tablet, meaning there's no need to carry the physical card around with you. They can be stored on up to two devices and used quicker than plastic Railcards as they do not need to be sent in the post.

If you have purchased your Railcard from the Railcard website you will need to click 'Manage my Railcard' on the website or homepage to log in to your account.
