My kids always wear jeans or tracksuits to Disneyland Paris. For the colder months, you can get under-armour tops and leggings, too (like the kind they wear for football). Princess dresses and superhero costumes are fantastic for fall. You can layer jumpers or light thermals underneath.
Is it OK to wear a skirt to Disneyland?
In your case, a long skirt, that is not part of a costume and does not actually reach or drag on the ground should be fine. You may want to keep the skirt no longer than shin length, otherwise you may find it difficult to enter and exit the various cars and boats used on the attractions.

Restaurants can provide special Halal meals, but you need to make reservations at least 72 hrs in advance, and say that you require a Halal menu.
