The Resort Monorail runs a continuous loop from the Transportation and Ticket Center to the Polynesian resort, the Grand Floridian resort, the Magic Kingdom, and the Contemporary resort, in that order. The Epcot Monorail runs back and forth between the Transportation and Ticket Center and Epcot.
Does the monorail go everywhere?
The new walkway connecting Magic Kingdom and Grand Floridian has greatly increased WDW walking opportunities. While Monorail access is a huge perk of a Monorail Resort, it doesn't go everywhere on property. This is why it's important to know other ways for getting around.
Can you get to the Boardwalk from the monorail?
No you can't walk from the monorail station to the boardwalk, however I suggest is to take the bus from there to the boardwalk is to take the bus for the BW from the bus station at Epcot. The other thing is you can take a bus to the boardwalk from the magic kingdom Have a wonderful time! D.
