If you have just requested a ride, you can tap the bar with your driver's info at the bottom of the screen and select “Contact”. If you're contacting your driver for a lost item after a ride, you can go to the “Your Trips” section, select the appropriate ride and select “I lost an item” to get in touch with them.
How reliable are Uber scheduled rides?
No. Normally when you search for a ride Uber looks for available cars around you and then matches you with one. With the scheduled pickup option, the Uber app does this same thing automatically, slightly before your scheduled pickup. It does not guarantee a pick up.
Is there a way to message Uber?
The Help SectionIf you can't find what you're looking for, you can always contact the Uber team directly. Go to the menu (using the icon in the top-left corner), select “Help” and you'll find an option to send a message. Select “More” and then “Can't find the answer to your question?”.
