You will not need a park reservation since it is a special event. Just a heads up–this event sells out pretty quickly and last year, we saw a huge demand.

One thing I do want to let you know is that your Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket does grant you access to Magic Kingdom Park beginning at 4:00 PM!
Can you use lightning lane during Halloween party?
Disney Genie+ is not available during the party. You could utilize Genie+ or an individual Lightning Lane between 4 and 6 p.m. if attending with a party ticket. Because wait times are typically so low during the party, we don't think it's necessary to purchase just for that short window.
Can you stay in the park during Mickey’s not so scary?
They will check your ticket and issue you a bracelet for the party. This is very important as this will allow you to stay in the Parks while other regular Park day guests are escorted out starting at 6 pm as the Party officially begins at 7 pm.

Can I book lightning lane before entering park?
You don't need to be in the parks to book Genie+ or Individual Lightning Lanes. Let's say you won't be arriving until 3:00 pm and the park opens at 9:00 am. You can make three reservations before you arrive: one before the park opens (as early as 7:00 am), one at 11:00 am (two hours after opening), and one at 1:00 pm.
