Is Delta 1 worth it?
The Delta One Suites are definitely at the top of the hierarchy and can be compared to other international business class cabins, whereas some of Delta's oldest aircraft have rather uncomfortable seats. Before booking a First Class or Delta One ticket on Delta, check out the aircraft first, then look at the pricing.

Can you lose gold medallion status?
You can earn status by flying and spending enough within a single calendar year, and once earned you'll keep it through the following calendar year. So if you earn Gold status in February 2023, you'll keep it through the end of 2024. If you're just short of reaching status before the end of the year, well, tough luck.
Can Silver Medallion use Sky Lounge?
Does Delta Silver Medallion get lounge access? Delta Silver Medallion members do not get lounge access. This perk is reserved for Gold-level members and above flying internationally. That said, elite status isn't the only way to gain Sky Club access.
Do Delta Gold card holders get Sky Priority?
Access to and use of Delta Sky Priority services are reserved for Delta One®, Delta Premium Select and First Class passengers, Diamond, Platinum and Gold Medallion® Members, and SkyTeam® Elite Plus members on all Delta and Delta Connection® flights.
