In some cases, you'll have to print out your eTicket to show to the staff at check-in (along with, of course, your passport and visa, if required). You may not need to show these to anyone if you check in with a self-service check-in kiosk. You'll also be able to check in online if that makes it easier for you.
Can I travel without an e-ticket?
For domestic flights, passengers do not have to show their e-tickets at the security checkpoints. However, it is advised to carry a print copy of the ticket for international flights.
Can I show my e-ticket on my phone?
Yes. You can show your E-Ticket directly to the driver on your smartphone or device when boarding. This is the quickest and easiest way. If this is not possible you can print your ticket by pressing the 'printer friendly' button on your email.
How does an e-ticket work at the airport?
To check in with an e-ticket you only need to provide a valid passport (for international flights) or government issued ID (domestic flights) so the agent can pull up your record in their system. The check-in agent then provides your boarding pass to take to the gate.
What happens if you don’t have an e-ticket?
You will be denied entry. If you remember your PNR number or have all the travel details, including the credit card with which you booked the ticket and your valid ID, you can go to the airline counter at the airport entry point and request them to do something.

The difference between a flight ticket and a boarding pass is how you use them. You use a flight ticket or E-ticket to check in at the check-in counter and get your boarding pass. With the boarding pass, you get access to the beyond the security area in the airport and the airplane.
How long does it take to get your e-ticket?
An electronic ticket is a non-physical ticket issued by the airline and stored in the airline's system in the place of physical tickets. Some e-tickets are issued immediately after booking and others may be issued closer to departure. You will receive your e-ticket no later than 24 hours before departure.
Can I get boarding pass at airport after online check-in?
