Intimate behaviour in public (kissing and cuddling) is a no-no, and even holding hands is disapproved of.
Can unmarried couples visit Egypt?
I can confirm that there is no problem if the guests are not Egyptian. However, if either or both the persons (couple) are Egyptian they must be married and have proof (wedding cerificate, and their Egypian ID). As a foreign couple you will not face any problems at all.
