Generally there is no rule that says that it is forbbiden for dogs to go to the beach in Greece. But, it is important that your dog do not disturb other people on the beach. This means that it does not bark, do not pee in the sand and it's not without leash. This applies especially to large dogs.
Are dogs allowed on Greek ferries?
Pets travel free of charge in specially designed pet cabins available on all vessels of the Greek Ferries companies. However, it is necessary to reserve these cabins in advance. Should these be fully booked, a small number of kennels are also available, as well as special areas for the pets' daily hygiene.
