I would defo go for Ibiza town. It is more sophiticated than San Antonio, there are nice bars down by the harbour for a drink and some nice restaurants. You will be in place for Pacha too, El Devino and Space. You will also be near to Playa Den Bosa where the Bora Bora beach bar is.
