Transfers are slightly more complicated as there is no direct connection. You can take the Elizabeth Line, the Heathrow Express, or London Underground. With all options, you need to transfer trains at Heathrow Terminal 2/3. These connections take longer, allow around 30 minutes.

Travel between Terminals 4 and 5 and Terminals 2/3 is by train and is free, but you will need either a contactless credit/debit card, phone with Apple or Google Pay or a free ticket from a station attendant to operate the ticket barrier.
