Is it better to fly to Paris or get the Eurostar?
I've taken both the Eurostar train and flown to Paris from London several times. While it can cost more, I prefer traveling by Eurostar, which is much better for the environment. Eurostar is rarely delayed and the check-in process is way less stressful than at airports.
Why take Eurostar instead of flying?
Eurostar is center of London to the center of Paris and you don't have to be at the train station nearly as early as you do for a flight. Add in the cost of getting from Heathrow to central London and CDG to central Paris and you'll likely find not only is the cost equivalent but it's quicker to do the Eurostar.
Is Eurostar to Paris worth it?
