Does FasTrak send you mail?

Our online ordering process is the easiest way to get started with FasTrak. Through this process, you will automatically create a FasTrak web account and FasTrak will mail your toll tags to you.

How does FasTrak charge me?

The toll system is fully electronic. Roadside equipment recognizes the FasTrak tag, records the transaction and transmits the information to the FasTrak Customer Service Center to automatically deduct the toll from the account holder's prepaid balance.

Will FasTrak send me a bill?

How do I know if I have an unpaid toll California?

To check if you owe toll in California, call at 877-229-8655. If you have a FasTrak, you can log into your account and view all the toll hits and the ones you owe. Note: For missed tolls in California, the concerned tolling authority sends a toll invoice to the vehicle owner (usually within 30 days).

How does FasTrak send invoices?

If you do not have an account, a toll invoice will be mailed to the address registered with your license plate.

What happens if you don’t pay a FasTrak invoice?

If the invoice is not paid by its due date, you will receive a violation notice. The following is a schedule of toll evasion penalties: First notice issued: toll plus $25 penalty. Second (delinquent) notice issued: toll plus $70 ($25 penalty plus $45 late fee).
